The MO is fishing good mainly with nymphs and streamers at this time. BWO’s are starting to tapper off for the season but still around on certain days.

Gates of the Mountains ( LOG ) is also fishing well.  They are using Balanced Leeches and Hot Bead Patterns in the lake.  In the river system they are using pink and hot bead nymphs and some egg patterns. Streamer are also working.

The Lower Moe (Below Holter Dam) is fishing well. Mainly nymphs and streamers. Scud/Sow bug patterns are working the best. Small BWO nymphs in the afternoon can add some variety. Smaller streamers (size 6 and 8) are working well in the morning. Olive/Black/White seem to be the best colors at the moment. 

Flows on the River are pretty low right now which makes for a wade fishing paradise. Flows are hovering between 2800-3000 CFS. The weather is holding out for some great “Bonus Days” on the river.
